If there is a storage space available you can move in anytime.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
All you need is a Government issued form of ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport).

No, we rent on a month to month basis unless the customer requests it.

What about insurance?
The Tenant Insurance is sold right in the office, no need for contacting an agent. Then the insurance is included with the rent on a month to month basis. There is a wide variety of coverage and the customer can get the insurance and/or cancel it at anytime. Also, it is pro-rated for new move-ins.

Does someone have to be in the office to let me through the computer control access gate?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own password code that will allow you access 24 hours, 365 days a year.

How do I make a payment?
You can either pay in person, through the mail or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly. Payments can also be made at our full service, 24/7/365 Kiosk.

Storage 4U does not give Free locks, but they can be purchased in the office or at the Kiosk.

Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions of a specific item.

We don’t have handcarts or dollies, everything in single story drive up.

Are their any additional fees?
We require a $10.00 administrative fee, but the .99 cent move in waives that fee, the remaining monthly pro-rated rent except for .99 cents on any unit, any day.
